Kindred ATM Upgrades: February - June, 2023

We’re updating some of our ATMs to serve you better. Our new and improved ATMs will feature enhancements such as:

• deposit automation - no more need for envelopes, simply put in cheques and cash and let the machine do the work;
• larger viewing screens and greater accessibility;
• voice guidance for people with visual impairments;
• ability to indicate cash denominations on your withdrawal: $10, $20 and $50 bills will now be available.

As a result, the following ATMs will be unavailable

• Aylmer (drive-thru ATM) on February 27 and 28, 2023
• Milverton on March 15 and 16, 2023
• Aylmer (in-branch ATM) on March 21 and 22, 2023
• Leamington on March 22 and 23, 2023
• Elmira – April 26-30, 2023
• New Hamburg – June 7 and 8, 2023

Here are some options for conducting your daily banking while the ATM is being replaced:

• In-branch – Come on in, say hello, and complete your transactions during regular business hours.
• Surcharge-Free ATMs – As a credit union member, you have access to a national network of ATMs, where you won’t pay additional surcharge fees. All EXCHANGE ATMs are able to complete a cash withdrawal, PIN change, transfer, or balance inquiry and thousands have the ability to complete a deposit instantly into your bank account. • If you’re not yet set up with our remote banking alternatives, now is a great time to do so. This will ensure you’re able to continue banking with us, even if our ATM is not available or you can’t visit us in person. You can access your accounts in many ways. Ask a branch representative about all the ways to bank with Kindred Credit Union.
