By way of update, most Kindred member services in our branches and online continue to be available, despite the global technology outage. Some members may have experienced delays in pre-authorized deposits and pre-authorized credits, such as payroll deposits and benefits deposits, which are processed through a third-party service provider. We expect that payments affected by the outage will be completed soon. We regret any frustration or inconvenience this situation has caused.
