Interac® Online Payments Discontinued

Please be advised that Interac® will be terminating Interac® Online Payments.

In preparation for this, Kindred will decommission the service May 28, 2024. At that time, Kindred will no longer appear in the list of available financial institutions when attempting to use Interac® Online Payments. Other Interac® services, such as eTransfers, will be unaffected by this change.

We understand that this change will impact anyone who relies on the service to pay for online purchases, as well as Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) remittances. You can continue making online purchases through the following alternatives:

• Kindred Collabria Mastercard
• Online Bill Payments
• Pre-Authorized Debit
• PayPal
