Helpful tips for using the new Kindred Credit Union website

Here are some pointers for navigating some of the recent changes to our website:

1. Looking for account details such as your GIC term, LOC amount available, interest rate, maturity date?
You’ll find this information in the ‘Account Details’ drop down menu at the top of the Account Summary page.

2. The option formerly called ‘Export to’ is now found under ‘Format’.
Click the ‘Format’ dropdown menu and you’ll find a number of viewing options and different ways to download /export your account summary details.

3. Supported browsers include the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
If you’re having trouble viewing items on the page, you can try updating your browser. Please note, Internet Explorer is no longer supported and some features of online banking will not work with this browser.

4. The ‘Print Page’ link is no longer available — try Ctrl + P instead.
If you’d like to print your account activity in online banking you still have a few options. You can try the shortcut Ctrl + P from a PC or Command + P from a Mac. You can also select a file format from the ‘Format’ dropdown (ex. ‘Download to PDF’) and save your transactions to your computer. You can then open the file on your computer to print.
