Kindred's 2023 Annual Member Survey (Social Impact Study)

August 23, 2023 – Our Annual Member Survey is being sent to a randomly selected group of members by email and mail. Our research partner, PMG Intelligence, will also be reaching out to members by telephone to better understand what social issues are most important to you and where you believe Kindred can make the greatest impact.

Just in case you receive a phone call and were wondering, this survey is from Kindred Credit Union. PMG manages the collection, analysis, and reporting of responses in order to maintain objectivity and confidentiality. It’s just one of the ways we connect with our members to hear their voice. The information you provide will help us make decisions on where to focus our resources. You will never be asked to provide membership or account information.
