Add a Payee in Online Banking or on our Mobile App

It’s easy to add a payee in online banking or on our mobile app.

  1. Log into Online Banking or our Mobile App on your device.
  2. Click on Pay Bills
  3. Click on Manage Payees through the app or Add/Delete Payee through online banking.
  4. Click on Add Payee
  5. You can search for a new payee by name. You can also browse by type, such as cable companies, or utilities*
  6. Once you have located the payee, add the required account number, and then click on Add Payee.
  7. For some high-risk payees, you may be required to provide a 2-step verification code. Read more about 2-step verification here.

*If the company you are looking for is not on this list, please contact us. Member demand is one of the factors that will be taken into account when revising the list. We strive to ensure that all members across Ontario have the ability to use Online Banking to pay for basic services.
