Mastercard MyCardInfo discontinued

This is a reminder that MyCardInfo (MCI) for Kindred Mastercard users will be closing for personal cardholders on August 19, 2024. It will continue to be available for business members; please click here for more information.

As the issuer of your credit card, Collabria Financial Services Inc. (Collabria), will have notified you of this change to MyCardInfo (MCI) in mid-June, as well as sharing an exciting new way to access your account - CardWise.

Please note that if you have set up a link to your Collabria Mastercard in Kindred’s online banking, the link has already been updated to launch CardWise.

MyCardInfo Closing
Recently, CardWise, a digital account management platform enabling you to securely manage your credit card account, was launched and introduced to our cardholders. With the CardWise platform, you’ll get upgraded service, improved functionality, and the ability to manage your credit cards with ease.

With the introduction of CardWise, the MCI platform is being retired and you will no longer be able to access the platform, including your historic eStatements housed on MCI as of August 19, 2024.

CardWise: A New Online and Mobile Account Management Platform
You now have access to the CardWise platform, via an online portal and a mobile app. Features include: card activation; PIN management; real-time alerts and controls; a spend management tracker; push to mobile wallet as well as standard features like payment options, electronic statements, view your balance, and more!

Action Required Before MyCardInfo closing on August 19, 2024
To prepare for the upcoming discontinuation of MCI, please complete the following:

    1. Register for CardWise. You can register online on your desktop by visiting www.cardwiseonline.ca or download CardWise Mobile from your mobile phone’s app store to enroll.

To learn more about the CardWise platform, please click here.

    2. Download your statement history (optional). Historical statements stored in MCI will not be transferred to CardWise. Your statement history will begin on CardWise from the date you enroll in eStatements within CardWise.

If you require your statement history, you must download the information and save it on your desktop, mobile phone or print paper copies of the statements. Print your last statement as your statement history won’t start in CardWise until you register.
      • Please note that requests to Collabria Cardholder Services for duplicates of your historical paper statements will be subject to a duplicate $5.00 per statement charge.

    3. Please ensure your address and phone number on file are correct. Update your contact information in MCI by following these steps:
      • On your account page, go to Account Info > Profile & Account Settings
      • Under Address, please ensure the information is correct and click update.
      • Under Phone Number, please ensure the information is correct and click update.
      • To update your email, please call Cardholder Services at 1.855.341.4643.

If you have been receiving eStatements in the past, you will be transitioned to receiving paper statements. To change to eStatements, update your preferred method of receiving statements on the CardWise platform.

We are excited to offer you CardWise online and mobile app to manage your account. Collabria is committed to making this transition as streamlined as possible for you and a dedicated customer support team will be available to assist with any questions or concerns during this transition.

For any further inquiries, please call Cardholder Services at 1.855.341.4643 or visit the FAQ page here.

Sincerely,
Collabria Financial Services Inc.
